Superintendent
The ideal candidate is expected to have expertise in the following areas:
- Site safety compliance
- Administering safety meetings
- Safety maintenance
- Estimating quantities for ordering and procurement (including site required manpower, materials and equipment)
- Overall project scheduling (including materials, equipment, subcontractors, vendors and client requirements)
- Project look-ahead scheduling
- Administration of subcontractor and vendor subcontracts and purchase orders
- Budget analysis and coding
- Cost evaluation and approvals
- Construction accounting principles and practices
- Overall project administration and client satisfaction
We also expect candidates to develop an expertise and utilization of Owrey software programs – all to be implemented in accordance with the best practices parameters, systems, and guidelines as determined by the management of Owrey Construction.
