Working wih Freehill Development, we constructed the two-building, light industrial park in San Marcos, Texas. The industrial park is highlighted by 213,125 SF of Class A shallow-bay, logistics space designed to serve small businesses throughout Central Texas. The two speculative, shallow-bay, rear-load configured buildings contain 160-185’ building depths at 32’ clear heightsand a state-of-the-art design.
