Owrey Construction helped LGI Homes expand their office space due to growth. Coordinating closely with LGI Homes, our team was able to build-out the new 3,286 SF space with minimal disruption to the daily work activities and transition seamlessly with their current office suite. The build-out, created by Gensler, consisted of creating office space, breakout rooms and a conference room.
