Owrey Construction delivered a 42,000-square-foot facility for Cuñado USA, a global leader in procurement and supply chain solutions for the oil and gas, mining, and power industries. The pre-engineered metal building features an accented tilt-wall façade designed for prominent visibility along Beltway 8. Inside, the facility includes a 9,000-square-foot operations office and a 33,000-square-foot, crane-served warehouse with high-pile racking, fully protected by an ESFR fire suppression system for efficient, purpose-built distribution.
